My pottery is thrown on the wheel, fired in my humble home studio, and is always changing, much like myself. Each piece is made with the simple, honest intention of sharing beauty. These works aim to embrace the primordial, raw, freckled, and coarse nature of stoneware clay. I let the pottery process take me to a space of healing and peace, one that welcomes a childlike wonder for the things around me. I hope that the viewer also sees the beauty of stoneware clay and the spirit of each piece.
