Guided Clay Therapy:
Mindfulness Workshop

What does it mean to hold and be held? Uncover the experience of welcoming and embracing an inner rebirth through guided clay therapy. Clay is a sensorial material that provides grounding and emotional regulation. It is connected to our primordial roots since our ancestors used it as one of the first materials to create art. It is also a highly symbolic material as it is often representative of rebirth and new life in creation mythology.

This 1.5-hour workshop will include a short meditation and cover the basics of stoneware clay-work using hand-building. Clients are invited to create an object that symbolises the sanctum of their hearts before being guided to process themes of containment and release through the artwork. The finished pieces will be bisqued, glazed and couriered to you after 10 days.
